Helping Hands for Women Organization (HHWO), part of its charter and approval of the governance body, can establish its sub-offices around Afghanistan to pursue its mandates. After establishing sub-offices in Badakhshan, Takhar, Nangarhar and Herat provinces, now established its permanent sub-office in Panjshir province and officially inaugurated with the presence of its board of directors, executive director, local authorities, existing NGOs representatives and Panjshir influential figures on 31 August 2024. The main objectives are:
