The EVAW Project in Takhar and Badakhshan continued supporting vulnerable women and girls through protection-focused and community-based activities across targeted districts. A total of 2,840 women and girls received essential services in Badakhshan, while 1,980 individuals benefited from essential services across targeted districts in Takhar. Community awareness sessions and engagement meetings with elders, religious leaders, and local stakeholders were conducted to promote the safety, well-being, and meaningful participation of target communities.
Regular monitoring and coordination visits by Helping Hands for Women Organization (HHWO) also continued to support effective implementation, strengthen collaboration with local authorities, and ensure the quality of project activities.
HHWO sincerely appreciates the continued cooperation and support of communities, local authorities, and stakeholders contributing to the successful implementation of the project.
